You have 10 seconds of record time and can re-record the message until you are satisfied. If you'd like a longer message, we suggest that you purchase 2 and can put one in each paw.
Have Us Record Your Personal Message Onto A Recordable Sound Chip
If you are sending your gift directly to someone, adding a a recording with you own voice and personal message is a great extra touch.
Here's how:
Place your order online. After you receive your confirmation email for your purchase, call our toll free number -- 888-55-TEDDY, ext. 704. Have the last 4 digits of your order number handy (example: ERTEESTATE-3177). Say your name and the 4 digits and leave up to a ten second message. This is enough time to say "I LOVE YOU, Love ---" or "You are and always will be my Valentine, Love ---"
It allows you to delete your message and re-record until you are satisfied. We then take your message and record it onto the sound chip and place it inside your stuffed animal and can ship it directly to the gift recipient. So beary easy!
Please leave your personalized message within ONE HOUR of purchase. If you do not leave a message promptly, the recordable will be shipped blank (can still be recorded by recipient) because we'd be beary sad if your order did not ship in time.
We Ship Recordable Sound To You and You Record Your Own Message
If you choose to have the recordable shipped to yourself, when you receive it, follow these steps to record your message:
1. On bottom of sound chip, push switch to “Rec” for Record.
2. Hold the chip with two hands with both thumbs by the top center. Push down hard with both thumbs and begin speaking. Continue to hold the top down while recording. Recording time is 10 seconds long.
3. Then let go and move the switch on the bottom back to “Play” mode.
4. Squeeze or push down on the chip again to hear the recording.
